The Store @ Columbia Creek Farms - Policies

Refunds: No cash refunds. Store credit only given to replace a returned item or purchase another item or items.

Returns: Any item being returned must be accompanied with a written statement referring to the reason for the return within 30 days of delivery. All items returned should be in the same condition as when received. If worn, articles of clothing returned carry a $50.00 restocking fee.

30 day warranty: All products are guaranteed against defect for 30 days from date of delivery and will be replaced free of charge.  Products must be returned at customer's cost within 30 days of delivery accompanied with a written statement referring to the reason for the return.

Shipping & Handling: Shipping and handling costs are calculated at the time of purchase.

All products are shipped via UPS ground with a 7 to 10 day delivery time to be expected.

All products shipped are insured.   Any evidence of damage in transit should be reported immediately to UPS.  Handling charges are determined by the size and weight of the shipment and the required materials used in shipping. 

Privacy: Any and all information provided by our customers to us is held in strict confidentiality and will not be disclosed to any third party or government agency unless required by law.

Security: Columbia Creek Farms employs security for online transactions. Utilizing Secure Socket Layers (SSL), your information is encrypted before being sent across the Internet.

Payment Methods Accepted: Credit Card only.  We honor VISA/Master Charge/Discover/ American Express only.  Any charge backs by customers carry an automatic $50 dollar restocking fee.  We provide in store credit only when products are returned within 30 days of delivery with a written reason for the return.
